Bentley previewed the EXP 9F concept SUV about 2 years ago, the concept has a rigid and masculine styling.
But from the latest spy-shot we get recently, it looks like Bentley revised the exterior considerably, which looks to be more sleek, and the height is lower. Now it is more like a bigger version of the Porsche Macan.
The Bentley SUV will be based on Volkswagen’s MLB Evo platform, which is designed for longitudinal, front-engined, front-wheel drive based automobiles (maybe not familiar to some folks, many of the AWD VW cars, including Audi A4/5/6/7/8, plus the Porsche Macan, are placing the engine 100% in front of the front axle, which is a typical property of FWD platform). Both 4.0L twin-turbo V8 and the 6.0L V12 will be offered as engine options. The new SUV is set to debut in late 2015 or early 2016 as a 2016 model.
