All-New 2016 Audi A4 Announced

The current Audi A4 (B8) has been around since 2008, and of course it is now due for a complete renewal. Today Audi announced the 5th-gen 2016 A4 (B9), based on MLB-Evo platform.

Since the MLB-Evo is just an upgraded version of the current MLB architecture, you will not see dramatically revolutionary enhancements like full-aluminum or carbon fiber car body. On the 2016 A4, it uses a little bit more hot-stamped steel or aluminum parts in the car frame. Due to this reason, regarding the body-in-white, the B9 A4 just slashed around 15kg from the current B8 A4.

Bentley Bentayga Cabin Interior Unveiled

The Bentley Bentayga is the first SUV model in the British auto maker’s history.

Just similar to other Bentley models, which mostly share the platform developed within Volkswagen, the Bentayga is not an exception: it is built on the VW PL71 platform, which is also used by the Volkswagen Touareg, Audi Q7, Porsche Cayenne and even the future Lamborghini SUV.

The Bentayga will feature at least two engine options: the 4.0L twin-turbo V8 and also the W12 6.0L twin-turbo W12. It is said that a plug-in hybrid variant is also in the pipeline too.

Upcoming Audi TT RS Will Has More than 400HP

The latest Audi TT (Gen. 3) has been around for a year, and now we have the TT and also the TTS. It is obvious that Audi is not going to just stop at the TTS: today message leaked out about its hotter variant: the TT RS Coupe. Below image is the 2nd-gen TT RS.

According to our Audi insider, the new TT RS will keep using the firm’s tried-and-true 2.5L turbocharged 5-cylinder engine. Maximum output will be more than 300kW (402hp), and peak torque will arrive at around 2,000 RPM. The powerplant is mated to the Haldex-type Quattro AWD system. Because of the increased output, the new TT RS is expected to do 0-60mph in less than 4 seconds.
