The 6th-generation Ford Mustang has entered into the second model year, and Ford has announced the 2016 model year Mustang’s details today.

Generally speaking there is no mechanical changes made to the 2016 Mustang; major changes are addition of several packages to different trims, either aesthetic enhancements, or previously available on a trim and now extended to other trims. Below is a summary:

How about seeing how your car’s turn signal blink when you are driving your car? Now this can be done in the 2016 Ford Mustang GT.

For the 2016 model year, Ford is bringing back the option that including the turn signal lights inside the heat extraction vents on the hood, facing the windscreen, so the driver can see for himself when he blinks the signal light.

This fancy feature can be traced back to 1967, when Ford offered the same feature for the Mustang. The 2016 Mustang GT pays homage to its predecessor by offering this design. See it in action in the below video.

Following yesterday’s news that the 2015 GT350 Mustang will be limited to a total of 137 units, today its option pricing was also leaked on the internet.

The Shelby GT350 Mustang has been extensively covered by automotive media in the past 6 months, and you can see all the details from our previous articles. Today Ford announced that the 2015 GT350 will be on sale starting 4th quarter of 2015, and the production will be limited to 100 units.

Although Ford has announced the all-new 2016 Taurus in the Shanghai auto show two days ago, it keeps some details as secret at this moment.

For example, during the debut the windows of the displayed Taurus are heavily tinted, to prevent people from seeing its interior (official images only show you part of the rear seats and also the sunroof ceiling). However, we have managed to take a photo of the cabin’s frontal area, as shown below.

From the above photo we can see the round dial on the center console as the transmission shifter, and also there is a large LCD screen on top of the audio/AC control panel. The cabin is largely wrapped with leather too.
