Impression: The 2015 KIA Optima SX Limited

KIA displays a 2015 model year Optima SX Limited trim in the Orange County Auto Show.

The demo car is carrying a MSRP of $35,500, and talking about the interior design and material quality, I must say: it is fantastic! It is becoming a normal that non-luxury brand cars are starting to come with fine stitching and leather wrapped dashboard as standard, on some models it even comes with leather seats as standard too.

Here are a set of photos I have taken in the 2014 Orange County Auto Show, for the 2015 Lexus RC-F.

The interior of the RC-F is very similar to the latest IS sedan, and some of the panels on the door are made of hard plastic. I am pretty sure for the upcoming GS-F sedan, this issue will be addressed.

Several photos show the under-body and we can see the rear suspension parts are made of aluminum; and we can also see the limited-slip rear differential.

2016 Mazda MX-5 Miata Comes with 2.0L SkyActiv for US Market

Today we heard news from Mazda that despite other markets in the rest of the world will get the 1.5L engine, the US-bound new MX-5 will come with the naturally aspirated 2.0L 4-cylinder engine, complete with the auto maker’s latest SkyActiv technology.
