The current generation of Lexus RX has been in the market for over 6 years now, and it obviously needs a redesign.
We have known Lexus has been working on a new RX for a while, and many people thought it will be debuted in last month’s Detroit auto show. But unfortunately, it did not show up.
Today our insider from Toyota told us that the company has decided to release the all-new 4th-generation RX SUV in this April’s New York auto show. No further details are avaialble at this time, and we do not know whether the new RX will grow into a 3-row-seat design either. But judging from the below spy shots, we do not believe there is enough room for adding another extra row of seats. However, things may change, or even the car in the spy shots is not the new RX at all.
