The 2015 Ford Everest

In US market, the Lincoln Navigator is the only body-on-frame SUV that Ford has at this moment. But this is not the case for other places in the world.

Ford is going to release the 2015 Everest in China, a new three-row seat SUV based on a body-on-frame platform, shared with the Ford Ranger pickup. The Everest will has a wheelbase of 112.2-in. There are two engine options: a 2.0L turbocharged gasoline engine, and a 3.2L turbo diesel engine.

The 2015 Everest will come with features such as AWD system with electronic limited slip center differential, keyless entry/start, automatic AC as standard; higher trim can also include air suspension. The Everest is targeting at mid-size SUV such as the Toyota Highlander.

The following gallery is the pre-production Everest concept, the production version will be very similar, small changes will be mainly in the shape/appearance of the headlight and taillight.
