The current XF is the “oldest” model in the whole Jaguar product line. Debuted back in 2007, it has been around for almost 8 years. Riding on the Ford DEW platform, which the previous Lincoln LS also uses, the current XF has been outdated and is urgently in need for a full redesign.
The new 2016 XF will use aluminum extensively throughout the car body. Powertrain options are likely to be carried-over for the first model year. Today, Jaguar has released one interior photo of the all-new 2016 XF. You can see its design language is inline with other new Jaguar models.
Jaguar is going to debut the 2016 XF on Mar.24, we will provide you the full details on that day.
