From Honda Accord Hybrid to Koenigsegg Regera

Some of you may wonder why we are talking about Honda Accord and Koenigsegg Regera at the same time. At first glance, these two cars are totally unrelated: the Honda Accord Hybrid has only 196HP combined system power, while the Koenigsegg Regera has 1,500HP. The Accord Hybrid starts from $29,305, while the Koenigsegg Regera carries a price tag of $1,890,000 (close to 1.9 million).

Live from Geneva: the 2016 Honda NSX (with 19 HD Photos)

Currently the Acura brand only exists in North America, China and Russia. Therefore outside of those markets, the Acura NSX will be re-branded as the Honda NSX. However, the manufacturing and assembling of all Acura/Honda NSX will be in Acura’s Performance Manufacturing Center in Marysville, Ohio.

2016 Acura NSX: A Complete High Resolution Photo Gallery

We have covered all detailed information about the upcoming 2016 Acura NSX a month ago in this article. Today we are going to show you a gallery containing 14 high resolution photos of this supercar.

From these photos we notice one interesting thing about this upcoming NSX: the rear drive shafts that propel the two rear wheels have unequal lengths. Although this will not caused issues such as the torque steering in front-wheel-drive cars, what caught our attention is the thing that causes the unequal length drive shaft in the NSX – an extra component attached to the transmission/rear differential (highlighted in red in the below image).

2016 Acura RDX Receives Power Bump and New Enhancements

The current generation Acura RDX has been around for 3 years now, and it is time for a mid-cycle facelift. Today in the Chicago auto show, Acura announced details about the refreshed 2016 RDX.

Here are some highlights of new changes in the 2016 model year:

1. The 3.5L naturally aspirated V6 engine has slightly higher output: 279 hp and 252 lb-ft of toruqe (up 6hp and 1 lb-ft over the 2015 model)
2. New active front and rear engine mounts provides better NVH level
3. Enhancements in steering control system and increased suspension mount stiffness
4. Re-tuned AWD system for greater rear torque delivery

All-New 2016 Honda Pilot Official Images Released

Honda is going to reveal the redesigned 3rd generation Pilot SUV in tomorrow’s Chicago auto show, and it released the official images just half an hour ago.

We will wait for the official press release to get more detailed specs. However at this moment, judging from the images, we have one discovery in the new Pilot: it will probably has the same 9-speed automatic transmission, which is also firstly introduced into the 2016 Acura MDX. This is concluded from the omission of the transmission shifter, which is replaced by the push selection buttons.
