2016 Ford Focus RS comes with more than 315hp

We have expected to see the all-new 2016 Ford Focus RS back in last month’s Detroit auto show, unfortunately this did not happen. Ford did bring the Mustang GT350R, the GT and also the new F150 SVT Raptor at that time, but the Focus RS did not show up.

A First Glance of the 2016 Nissan Maxima

The current Nissan Maxima was on sale back in 2008, and now it is due for a renewal.

Yesterday in the Super Bowl commercial, Nissan quietly previewed its all-new next generation 2016 Maxima. You can view the commercial video in below.

There is no detailed information about the 2016 Maxima at this moment, but we can safely bet that the 3.5L V6 engine and the CVT will be carried over.

2016 Mazda MX-5 Miata Will Has up to 155HP

We have been covering the all-new 2016 Mazda MX-5 for a while, which you can see from all our previous reports.

However there is one important spec we did not know until last Friday: the engine output. Here comes the number:

– SKYACTIV-G 1.5L gasoline engine: 129 hp, 110 lb-ft of torque
– SKYACTIV-G 2.0L gasoline engine: 155 hp, 148 lb-ft of torque

In addition to the above two powertrains, Kudo Hidetoshi, head of Mazda global PR, told media that the factory is also considering a turbocharged high performance version of the Miata in the future.
