News from last Friday indicates the german luxury automobile maker BMW, are planning to build the three-row-seater X7, in its South Carolina plant.
The SC plant has been undergone a several hundred million dollar upgrade to accomodate this new model’s manufacturing. The plant’s capacity will be increased to around 400,000 vehicles per year.
YouWheel.com believes BMW’s decision to produce the X7 comes from good sales performance and profit of its competitor: Mercedes-Benz’s GL class. In 2013, Mercedes-Benz sold 29,912 units of GL class in the US market, and 2,408 units in Canada.Read More
